When is it scheduled to be available?

October 23, 2026 in the inspected U.S. source. Check the local store and your actual order for market qualifications and delivery estimates.

Can I use a physical SIM?

eSIM only; carrier and plan support required. Carrier support and a suitable plan remain necessary; a device purchase is not proof of activation eligibility.

Does it use Touch ID?

Touch ID in the side button. Do not infer screenshot or restart button combinations from older Home-button Touch ID phones.

Does every Apple Pencil work?

Apple Pencil (USB-C): support announced for later in 2026. Check the exact model and current software support; no compatibility with every Pencil is implied.

Is Siri AI available everywhere?

No. Siri AI: English beta announced with iOS 27; features and regions vary. The EU and mainland China have distinct conditions covered in the corresponding local editions.

Is the phone waterproof?

The specification is IP68 under defined laboratory conditions. Resistance can decline with wear; do not intentionally immerse or charge a wet phone.
