Terms of Use
These terms describe how to use Phone Help's independent informational troubleshooting and setup guides. Last updated August 9, 2026.
Guidance, not remote control of your phone.
Phone Help provides informational guidance. It does not inspect the device, access an account, activate a carrier line, perform a repair or replace manufacturer instructions. You remain responsible for confirming that a step matches the device, software version, carrier and account shown in front of you.
No manufacturer or carrier affiliation.
Phone Help is not affiliated with Google, Apple, Samsung, mobile carriers or device manufacturers. Product names and trademarks identify the devices and official sources discussed; they do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Back up before any step that can remove information.
A reset, eSIM deletion, backup deletion, network reset or old-phone erasure can remove data, service profiles or saved settings. Use the visible consequence, safer-first steps and linked official source. Do not proceed when the backup or reactivation path is uncertain.
Danger signs end ordinary troubleshooting.
If a device shows smoke, fire, swelling, liquid damage, an unusual smell or dangerous heat, stop using and charging it. Follow the appropriate manufacturer, repair or emergency guidance rather than continuing a website checklist.
Software and carrier behavior can change.
Phone Help records sources and a Last checked date, but menus, availability, carrier policy and manufacturer instructions can change after publication. The current primary source controls when it conflicts with an older guide. These terms may be updated when the site’s features or legal requirements change.
