Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current Phone Help site configuration as of August 9, 2026. It will be reviewed before deployment if hosting, analytics, advertising or contact features change.

01 / CURRENT COLLECTION

No account, form, ad or analytics profile.

Phone Help does not offer user accounts, comments, purchases, subscriptions or a contact form. The current site does not ask visitors to submit names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers or carrier account information.

No analytics service is enabled in the current build. Phone Help does not currently run advertising, and no advertising or audience-measurement cookies are intentionally set by the application.

02 / SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Do not send secrets through a troubleshooting page.

A guide may mention a screen-lock PIN, carrier account PIN, IMEI, eSIM code or backup as something the phone owner should prepare. Phone Help does not need that value and does not ask the reader to publish or transmit it to this site.

03 / EXTERNAL LINKS

Primary sources have their own policies.

Phone Help links to manufacturer, platform and carrier resources. Visiting an external site is governed by that site’s privacy practices. The visible publisher and destination URL help readers recognize when they leave Phone Help.

04 / BEFORE DEPLOYMENT

The policy must match the system that goes live.

Hosting providers can process request and security logs. Before public deployment, Phone Help must name the selected provider and confirm its operational data practices here. If analytics, advertising or a contact channel is later enabled, this policy must be updated before or at the same time as that feature.
